Are genes actually to blame for our obesity? | Iam Ardyss
Obese people are often judged as having no willpower to diet and lose weight.
Did you know?  The energy balance of a person can be influenced by as much as 40% of their genetic heritage.

In the development of obesity, as well as the influence of known factors people with obesity are influenced by well know factors such as diet, exercise, social and cultural factors, etc.  Another element to consider is the individual genetic profile.  In fact, it is fully demonstrated, that genes involved in the hunger center in weight regulation in the number and size of adipocytes and adipose tissue distribution in different parts of the body, as well as in energy expenditure.

It is sensed that the energy balance of a person can be influence up to 40% by their genetic inheritance, affecting their appetite, metabolism and body composition.  So far it only has been detected by some of the genes involved in the development of obesity.  It is possible that their seniti number exceeds 25,000.
What is the practical application of all this? To get a clearer picture, research shows that an alteration of the beta 3 adrenergic receptor gene causes people to gain weight, if you do not exercise regularly.
